At Tampa Advanced Dental Solutions, we want your experience to feel clear, comfortable, and well-supported. Below is a simple overview of how consultations, insurance, and payments are handled in our practice.
Consultation & Initial Visit
Your first visit includes a comprehensive examination, diagnostic imaging, and a conversation about your treatment options. A consultation fee is collected at the time of service.
If additional planning or communication with your referring dentist is needed, a follow-up consultation may be scheduled.
For complex or full-arch treatment plans, our team may schedule a dedicated follow-up visit to review your options and coordinate next steps.
Financial Policy
Single-Visit Procedures
Payment is typically collected on the day the service is provided. This includes limited exams, emergency visits, maintenance visits, and single-appointment procedures.
Multiple-Visit Treatment Plans
For treatment delivered in stages, payments are made at each phase of care.
A written estimate will be reviewed with you before treatment begins so you know exactly what to expect.
Implant & Full-Arch Treatment
These services involve extensive planning, materials, and laboratory work.
A structured payment schedule will be outlined during your consultation.
Insurance
We accept and file claims for a selection of PPO insurance plans.
For plans out of network, we will gladly provide all documentation you need so you can easily file for reimbursement directly with your insurance provider.
Please note: Insurance estimates are not guarantees of payment; reimbursement is determined solely by your insurance provider.
Insurance coverage varies widely for implant, prosthodontics and surgical procedures, so it's common for patients to use financing or HSA/FSA funds for these treatment. Our team is happy to help you understand how your benefits apply before treatment begins.
Payment Options
We offer several convenient ways to pay for your care: major credit cards, debit cards and cash. For patients who prefer monthly payments or who are planning larger treatment solutions, we are proud to partner with trusted financing companies:

These programs offer flexible terms and quick approval, allowing you to begin treatment without delay.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.
