Meet Dr. Christian Davila
As a specialist, I often care for patients whose cases are complex and who may feel they are out of options. Seeing their determination to improve their oral health and quality of life deeply motivates me to do everything I can to help them reach both their functional and aesthetic goals. I believe every patient is first and foremost a human being with a unique story, and I truly enjoy getting to know my patients and building lasting relationships founded on trust, empathy, and open communication.
Dentistry has been a part of my life from a very young age, passed down by my father and my grandfather before him. I feel incredibly blessed and proud to carry on this legacy as a dentist and specialist in periodontics and implant dentistry. Practicing dentistry gives me a deep sense of fulfillment and peace, and I cherish every moment I spend refining my craft and caring for my patients. I wake up each day grateful for the opportunity to help others and give back through the profession I love.
Education and Experience
My educational journey has taken me across the United States and internationally. I earned my dental degrees from Universidad Iberoamericana in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and the University of Oklahoma, followed by my specialty training and Master of Science in Periodontics and Implant Surgery at West Virginia University. I further expanded my clinical and academic experience through a preceptorship at the Eastman Institute for Oral Health in Rochester, New York, and most recently as an ITI Scholar at Universität Münster in Germany. I am also honored to serve as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in Graduate Periodontics at West Virginia University, where I enjoy mentoring future specialists.
I have made a lifelong commitment to my patients and students to stay at the forefront of periodontics and implant dentistry. Through continuous review of the literature, hands-on workshops, and ongoing research, I strive to offer the most advanced, evidence-based treatment options available. This dedication allows me to provide the highest level of care to my patients and to serve my community with confidence and integrity.

Outside the Office
I was born and raised in Tampa, where I currently reside. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me at the gym, near the water, or enjoying outdoor activities with my six-year-old Bernedoodle, Rambo, who is also my favorite hiking buddy. I also enjoy staying active through sports, taking salsa and bachata classes, and spending quality time with my family.
