Before Your First Visit — What to Bring

To make the most of your appointment, please bring:

  • A valid photo ID
  • Your dental insurance card, if applicable
  • A list of current medications, including dosages
  • Any referral documentation from your dentist or physician
  • Recent X-rays, if taken within the last six months

If you have recent radiographs, please ask your referring provider to forward them to our office in advance. While we obtain our own imaging to ensure consistent, diagnostic-quality records, prior films help us better understand your history before you arrive.

If you have a medical condition that may affect treatment — such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, joint replacements, autoimmune conditions, or current use of anticoagulants — please let our team know when scheduling so your care can be prepared accordingly.

A parent or legal guardian must accompany patients under 18.

Your First Appointment

Your initial consultation begins with a thorough review of your medical and dental history, followed by a focused clinical evaluation of your concerns.

Your specialist will review findings with you directly and outline treatment options based on your needs and goals.

A treatment plan is always established before any care begins. For straightforward cases — or for patients traveling from outside the area — treatment may be initiated the same day once your plan has been reviewed and accepted. For more complex or full-arch cases, a dedicated follow-up visit is typically scheduled to coordinate care and finalize next steps.

Initial appointments typically last about one hour, though additional time may be needed depending on the complexity of your case.

Scheduling

Our specialists see patients throughout the week at both our Central Tampa and Westshore locations. Appointments at our Wesley Chapel location will be available as that office opens.

To request an appointment, use the form on this page, call either office directly, or send us a text through Weave. If you were referred by another provider, please let us know when scheduling so we can coordinate your care appropriately.

If you are experiencing discomfort or have an urgent concern, reach out directly — we make every effort to accommodate time-sensitive situations promptly.
