Insurance & Financing
At Tampa Advanced Dental Solutions, we aim to make the financial side of your care as clear and straightforward as your treatment plan. Below is an overview of how insurance, payment, and financing work at our practice.
Dental Insurance
We accept most PPO dental insurance plans. Our team will verify your benefits prior to your appointment and provide a written estimate of your expected out-of-pocket costs before any treatment begins.
For patients with out-of-network plans, we will provide all documentation needed to file for reimbursement directly with your insurance provider.
Because much of the care we provide involves specialized and complex restorative treatment, some services may fall outside standard dental insurance coverage. Procedures such as full-arch reconstruction, Jaw-in-a-Day, and maxillofacial prosthetics are often not fully covered. Preventive and hygiene services are typically covered under standard PPO benefits.
We do not participate with HMO or Medicaid plans. If you have questions about your specific coverage, we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly before your appointment.
Financial Policy
A written estimate is always provided and reviewed with you prior to treatment.
For single-visit procedures, payment is due at the time of service. For multi-phase treatment plans, payments are scheduled at each phase of care.
For implant and full-arch cases, a deposit is required to reserve your surgical time and begin fabrication of your provisional restoration. Your financial coordinator will review the full payment schedule with you at your treatment planning appointment.
We accept cash, money orders, and all major debit & credit cards. Checks are not accepted.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

Financing
For patients who prefer monthly payments or who are planning larger treatment solutions, we are proud to partner with trusted financing companies: CareCredit and Lending Club. Extended payment plans are available for qualified patients, and the application process takes only a few minutes.
It is also common for patients to use HSA or FSA funds toward treatment costs — our team can help you understand how your benefits apply before care begins.
Veterans
We accept VA authorization for eligible services. Please contact our office prior to scheduling so we can confirm coverage and assist in coordinating your benefits,
